Muffin Break Adelaide Airport — Restaurant in Adelaide

Server is definitely not interested in being there. While waiting, I watched her just put two things on the counter, say nothing and walk into the kitchen. A girl watching just grabbed it awkwardly, checked it and walked away. Then she came back and made an iced coffee and a man literally had his hand around it and she said "won't be a minute" and walked back to the kitchen, he said okay and then just stood in confusion. She then came out to serve me and she gave me the muffin then she just turned away, she hadnt pressed the thing to make the amount come on the card device. With decent effort, I got her attention again and she turned her face and said she had an iced coffee , that the confused guy could now take, with nothing having had changed. Then turned away again before coming back to me, it was like she was out of this world to say the least. I told her it hadn't worked (payment) and she touched some buttons and then took it away and she quickly said "just starting" and then she turned back, several times during this whole thing of me not paying. When I could eventually pay, before I could say a word, she was gone again. It was not "that busy", she purely just lacked any customer service, at least...

Went to grab a quick bite to eat with my mother this morning before our flight, and was waiting patiently in line to be served. Once we reached the counter, a short Asian lady with auburn hair didn’t serve us first, but instead served the person behind us. I personally think that was unfair when we were before the person behind us, and when we were served she was very rude in her customer service. We love muffin break, so it is very disappointing for this particular staff member to put a bad reputation on the business by...

Found muffin break to be below average service most tables were in a dirty state with food scraps and rubbish left on tables. It is unfortunate that some people cannot clean up after themselves but it shouldn't be the responsibility of customers arriving to clean up tables before they can be seated. The customer service is average at best, your order is thrown onto the counter top and left there, no effort on the counter staff to ask people in the seating area if the food is yours.
