During my time at Adelaide Airport, I had the opportunity to dine at Precinct and decided to try their Tuscan Vegetable and Penne Vegetarian dish. Overall, it was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations for airport dining.
The Tuscan Vegetable and Penne was a hearty and flavorful dish. The penne pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente, providing a nice bite without being too firm. It was generously coated in a savory tomato-based sauce that was rich with herbs and spices, delivering a comforting and well-rounded flavor profile.
The Tuscan vegetables added a wonderful depth to the dish. They were well-cooked, retaining a slight crunch that contrasted nicely with the soft pasta. The inclusion of a variety of vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, and bell peppers brought both color and freshness, making the dish feel vibrant and balanced. The shaved Parmesan on top added a lovely touch of creaminess and a slightly nutty flavor, which complemented the tangy tomato sauce beautifully.
For an airport restaurant, the quality of the food at Precinct was impressive. The portion size was satisfying, and it made for a wholesome meal before my flight. If you find yourself at Adelaide Airport and are in the mood for a delicious vegetarian option, the Tuscan Vegetable and Penne at Precinct is definitely worth a try. It’s a great choice for a comforting and tasty meal amidst the hustle and bustle of...

The chicken parmi was huge and delicious, especially with the salad on the side – helped balance out the greasiness of the chips and parmi itself. The beef burger wasn't too shabby either. The cucumber pickle was ice cold though, which felt a bit weird next to the hot beef patty. But hey, all things considered, it's definitely bang for your buck.

I recognise that airports may not be the place for affordable eating, or 5-star experiences; but there are basic hospitality elements that I believe places should try and achieve that this place didn't.
The staff were cold and unhelpful, and the food was overpriced and lacking. I don't want to turn this review into a rant, but sufficed to say that I would reccomend anywhere in the airport but here. My advice for the business would be to focus attention on the customer experience - who cares about price at an airport if the staff are nice and accommodating....
