McDonald's Hollywood Plaza — Restaurant in Adelaide

Came in around mid day for a chai latte, and was served, and had my coffee made by a young lady in a striped shirt. Now ofcourse the reason I’m writing this review, it was the best chai latte I’ve ever had!! Genuinely, so good!! And the service that came with it, she is so upbeat and energetic, while maintaining a great deal of respect for the customer she is serving, she had a lot going on, bouncing back and forth to help the others out, but still got my coffee out in a timely manner, and rather fitting for the way she was representing her self, she did in fact make me, THE BEST CHAI LATTE, I’ve ever had.

Thank you Hollywood plaza crew, you are always on the ball even when it’s busy and have angry customers at your throats!! I appreciate you guys, especially when I’m on my way past to drop my kids of to school!!

Already called the store and informed the manager of this great service, hopefully the manager can pass it on to the crew member, she seemed very nice and softly spoken...

Not sure if this store just never has any salt for the chips or if they just refuse to use it, even asking for fresh chips at this store, you will be waiting twice as long and somehow still get cold, saltless fries, the manager there I’m really not sure how he became manager or how he’s stayed there this long because this store is near one of the worst in the area and I’m not sure why they get away with it way more than other stores, maybe it’s because they are in a food court and no drive thru, either way the service, wait time and quality of the food from this store is absolutely garbage, only thing this store knows how to do good is a...

We ordered from here today through the app and the delivery came and we had several things missing. The three burgers were missing - we got four fries which we didn't order. The cheeseburgers we did get the buns were rock hard and stale almost. All four of the fries are not able to be eaten, hard and stale. The nuggets that were ordered were slop, no crunch like that had been sitting around all day, we don't live very far away and they were not even warm. The cheeseburgers did not taste great.
