it is 24 hours mcdonald(pooraka), about mid night i got a delievery from that shop and that is my first time went to there, because i also working in macas i know after 10pm they will close the door then i went to the drive through to pick up my order when there has no other cars, the crew(a overnight manager) is very rude, before she passed the food to me she order me to pick up first otherwise wont give it to me, it is some kind of threating, and she was very mean, it is overnoight and raining, i always have a passion to give best experiece to customers, this made me very uncomfortable, then i got some hungry jacks delieveries, because their shop door is closed so this time i didnt drive my car to pick up(because last mcdonald shop's crew blamed me use theii drive through, then this hungry jacks crew says i must drive my car to pick up them, yeah, he says like what i say, and before i talked with this hungray jacks crew member i had standed there for 2 mins i tried to let the crew know i am there, but looks he pretended not see me until i call him... this two shops are very close ,i feel so tough because these two shop's experience and then i got a not-lilke button from a shop between these two, i didn know which one buttoned it , it impacted my rate, i feel as a dievery driver is so hard, some shop crews are very kind and respect , but some very rude, when i met very kind shop crews i will feel very happy when doing my delievery feel full energy and think it is a very good role to give customers happy food experience, i feel very unfair because these kind of things, it is some kind of bullying, and i also fund it is hard to find a path to complain these things. yeah, i must speak up because i treat my delievery job as a...
   Read moreWent to the local store to order 3 desserts - placed my order on the self service screen - slected pay in cash - had my docket printed off - no other instructions displayed on the screen - now i dont go to Mc Donalds on a regular bases - so i took my ticket and sat down - some 20 minutes passed that translates to 6.66 minutes per dessert - i aproched an emplyee about the delay and was told it "should be obvious i should pay first" - turns out not obvious as i dont enjoy sitting around. Macdonald if you want me the customer it take the responsabilty of being my own customer servive representative then give clear direction on your self service system.
This has made me not want to return to your stores not because of the lack of instruction but the lack of resalution and poor customer experiance you seem to install in those who represent you.
