The lady place my order was rude very much.

Another lady delivered my meal was not saying any words at all, making me feel I am not human.

Even though my friend recommended here the Pho is good. But it is bad to eat.

Never come again.

If I feel respected during my visit, what does bother me to write this review?

I was disappointed because how your staff greeted me was totally made me feel not respected, especially the way she asked me when she did not understand me in a way that it was my fault that she did not follow me.

Keep living in the video that your staff is welcoming the customer, in the way that makes them write this review and makes a decision never going again.

I am complaining the service, it does not matter whether I finished all the food or not. I finished all the food because wasting food is making me feel guilty.

You are providing good service in the video, while I am the customer was treated in the way that I do not want to go again.

It's a bustling spot owing to it's position among the medical centre, council and construction in the area so lunch time is pretty busy.

I ordered a tofu and spring roll vermicelli bowl, making sure it was vegetarian at POS. However, when I received my order, I found it to be missing the spring roll. Flustered and under the pump, the lady quickly removed some tofu and grabbed a spring roll from the counter with the tongs she was using to prepare a pork banh mi.

I also later found out that the spring roll was pork. I cried.

Haha, no I didn't cry. But yeah, there needs to be a set of process for preparation between vegetarian and meat items. Especially if your menu states "vegetarian" you can't go using the same utensils handling dead...

First time visitor yesterday and the food was great! I ordered a combination bowl of crispy pork and grilled chicken with the normal accompaniments like vermicelli, lettuce etc. The bowl was generously filled with meat and was delicious for $14!

I also ordered the combination fried rice and it also had plenty of meat with the rice. A great taste, but I would have liked some more vegetables mixed in with the rice at $13. But I got 2 meals out of the total order for $27.
