Oporto - Mawson Lakes Drive Thru — Restaurant in Adelaide

I honstly never thought I'd give you guys this negative feedback but I don't have any other option for years since I came to this country it has been my favourite restaurant of all the time I have lots of memories there with my friends and lots of good times but recently the service has been on a continuous decline packaging is dry and messy I mean I order a make your own box meal and Normally that used to be packed all nicely in a box now its just put in such an unorganised way in a bag rather than the delicious hot meals I used to get from oporto I'm getting a cold dry food that no one would accept it and so many times order has been missing items like the make your own meal box normally comes with chips on the side now it's not worth my money all I'm paying for is a dry burger snack on the side and the drink where did the chips go ? Why is it taking so long to make orders or deliver them when it would normally take way less in the old days

I'm honstly writing this because I love the place and I want them to get back to the oporto I love I have so much memories goodtimes and for they are my choice of food everytime I'm hungry as much as I hate to give you 2 stars cause I'm sure you deserve more but it's my last resort I can't change that rating unless I see the oporto I loved...

Extremely pathetic guy with a pathetic attitude looking after the drive throug orders, possesses a work ethic and etiquette that is even worse. Not worthy of even one star.

On 01/04/25, at around 0835pm, only chose to come to Oporto Mawson lakes as its conveniently close to the residence.

This joke of an employee made me repeat my order twice at the drive through and upon driving up to the window, he got it all wrong when repeating it back for confirmation. After repeating my order face to face for the third time, I just said that you should get your equipment fixed if you can't hear the person placing the order, this dude lies to me to my face saying he wasn't the one taking the order (it was the same voice) and said to tell him if I want it or not, he's busy at the front as well. I obviously chose to drive away after this unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour, to the person replying "cool". When driving around, saw through the glass at the the front, there was but person waiting there. Lying again! 😂

There service is poor. I walked in and there was two staff standing there doing nothing talking to each other one was platting her hair they both saw I was standing there and they continued to talk to one another then the girl who was doing her hair walked away and the other one stood there by herself and it took another 30sec for him to take my order and when I get home and gave the food to my daughter half way through eating she finds a hair in it. I wouldn't bother with the drive thru they are even slower it got to the point where I ended up telling them I don't even want my order any more because it took 20 min after I ordered for me to get to the window and then once I got to the window it took another 5 min for someone to ask me what I ordered So I told her not to bother. Never had such poor service went somewhere else and was served in 5 min with fresh food and no hair and friendly service who serve you...
