EDIT: Alex (the manager) called following the incident and promised better service to all of their customers going forward. I appreciate that. My hope is that service will get better for all their customers in the future. *from 1 stars to 4 *
We were at drive through, the guy forgot our drink so I waited at drive through window, the guy (I think his name was verain or something) walked towards the window, opened it, yet ignored us and started taking another order. When I asked for the missing drink he pointed his finger signalling me to stop talking, that was rude, he said that he’s serving a customer so I should not talk, I told him that I am also a customer but he kept talking rudely. I have never in my life had experienced this worst service ever. No manners at all and I don’t expect that Oporto will take any action looking at other views where people have had similar experience and still nothing is done to improve their service but I am never returning to this Oporto ever and won’t recommend...

I had two bad experiences on the same day.The first time, the order was delayed without even being recorded in the system.This service was really unexpected , given the promise of Oporto's fast delivery.I was fine with it anyway.But, the second mistake committed by the team is not forgivable. I happen to re-order the fries again and found a meat ball mixed up with it. As a no-meat person, I did not have any idea on what that was. I just happen to put that in my mouth and realised that something was wrong with it.To my utter dismay it was a chicken ball.On questioning the authorities on the same, their reaction was very unprofessional and rude. They did not at all seem to bother about this issue and nor considered apologizing.Instead, they were giving me reasons on why it happened.This has breached my values and principles, as I come from a no meat culture. When I got home the burgers had no pineapple on. The chicken was over cooked and the two burgers that should be identical was not. One was bigger than the other. I also ordered hot chocolate with the meals and the hot chocolote was watery and not good at all. The chiro’s tasted old as well. The entire order was just not what I wanted.
