We were waiting patiently for you staff (chinese guy) to serve us while he was doing shuffle on the donuts for more than 5 minute. No greetings or being acknowledge when we were in front of him. After he finished not even 1 words come out from his mouth then we just starting order. Clearly in the board was saying buy a dozens and get 2nd dozens from $12 with lesser or equal (premium +$0.25 and i cant remember another terms for it with +$0.50) so we decided to get 1st dozens (6 original glaze 2 strawberry powder sugar 2 Nutella choc 2 cookies and cream. We dont have any problem with the 1st one come to 2nd dozens we were thinking to get 6 original glaze and 6 classic which i believe there no extra for classic. And suddenly he said for the $12 only come with original glaze. I dont see any extra charge for classic. Why can’t we get the price for 2nd dozens for $12 with 6 original glaze & 6 classic??? We have already get bad customer service plus your T&C not the same what stated...

Truly an amazing place, I definitely would give it a 5 for all three categories, which is rare from me. There is a large viewing area, which has a window to show off how the Original Glazed donuts are made, which is a spectacle for children to watch. Very roomy and clean, theres a second floor and they also serve gelato, which increases the variety of food items they sell. As I had arrived here, they had ran out of Original Glazed dozen donuts, however, I had came to an agreement with the staff, to make the donuts by 5PM, and I pay first. We book a little appointment, I arrive at 5PM, and they have the donuts ready JUST for us, while the rest had run out of stock, we had ours saved. Several months ago I was passing and saw the red light on and quickly parked the car and walked into the store. I know as I was walking into the store the red light was still on, so I stood in line, bought a couple donuts and waited for the tray so come out as I LOVE a hot donut. But after waiting for several minutes I looked over and saw the light was now off. I bought it up to the young man serving and he kindly went out the back and bought me a donut but as he handed it to me he rudely suggested that I should be quicker next time. He made me feel a little silly but I apologised and walked away. Perhaps next time be a little nicer to your customers.
