Wokinabox Port Wakefield Road — Restaurant in Adelaide

The environment was good, the place was conveniently located, specially if you are travelling.

There is a burger joint, coffee place as well as a service station.

The place was reasonably clean as well.

The food is what you should expect from fast food Noodles, quick and easy. Except it wasn't.

The two ladies at the counter were very grumpy and the service was very slow. They did not acknowledge anyone. I don't think they also knew how many of us were waiting to be served.

There was a guy waiting before everyone , instead of serving him, they decided to serve another someone else.

Food arrived finally, like most fast food noodle shop, they were over saucy.

Most fast food don't look like pictures. That's OK, this was no different. Ordered Garlic Prawn. Found 3 prawns, not a single snow Pea. (I have attached a photo what they advertised and what I got instead for you to decide)

2 stars for the location, cleanliness and average food. Minus three , for lack of service, missing ingredients...

Don't even deserve 1 star my son wanted it last Friday tryed to get specials on the app they wernt same as advertised we ordered 2 boxes and some spring rolls and dimsims the dim sims and spring rolls sat on bench for almost 15 mins while 3 other orders were done before ours when we finially got our food she pushed them over to me not even offered a bag when I questioned how long they had been on the open counter I got they are fine feel them still warm, service was so rude didn't check if we even got our drinks in meal deals not interested at all another staff member did re do them as she saw I wasn't happy but that was another 3 or 4 mins we waited the special fried rice was bland and tasteless the chicken noodles was full of onion not much chicken and the chicken dim sims were gross and mushy inside very dissappoint I paid over $30 for that would never go back...

TO THE OWNER Came here today for the first time . Ordered Satay Beef , it had NO SATAY taste , paid for extra Beef and didn't get it . Ordered Pad Thai with broccoli only . Counted 6 tiny slivers and 5 pieces of stringy Beef in a large serve , rest was dry noodles . Is this bad enough not to come back ? Nooooo , those 2 "lovely Ladies " serving need to be fired today , we didn't order with a double side of rudeness and having the bag basically thrown at us . We wouldn't come back even if it's free . Peeps...go to Surrey...
