Oporto Glenside Drive Thru — Restaurant in Adelaide

MOST OBNOXIOUS SERVICE EVER. Went there and ordered veggie patty wraps. Have been to many oportos in sydney and in Adelaide where they make veggie pattie wraps just like how they make veggie burgers. But Glenside made it like vegan wraps with veggie pattie. We are sensitive to avacados and rocket leaves. What if we were allergic to it? And when we went to correct them with the wrong order, they blamed that its not their fault that other oporto's make their veggie wraps like this. They started investigating us which store make them like that? And when we named them, he said that okay I will complaint to the head office because they can't do them like that. One staff even said its not their 'Problem' that other oporto shops do it like that. How ridiculous is that ? Nothing was offered. Not even an apology. Leave the option of offering anything else. Or offering if they can make us another order. So basically, we paid 28 dollars for a dinner which left us hungry only. Worst...

I've ordered from this Oporto/OTR location 7 times through the OTR app — and 2 of those times, they left items out of my order. First it was a pita bread, and most recently a bottled water.

The worst part? When I contacted customer service, they told me it’s MY responsibility to open all the boxes and check every item before leaving. Seriously?

I’m not going to open every box at the counter to check if my food and drink are there. That’s not my job. It’s your team’s job to pack the order correctly before handing it to the customer.

This kind of service feels like a scam — they take your money, don’t give you everything you paid for, and then blame you for their mistake.

No apology. No accountability. No compensation.

Been here maybe a dozen times in the last 12 months and they might have got the order right once. Check everything before you leave. 3 stars.

Ok, time for a review revision. I just waited in the car in line for 20 minutes for a chicken salad with mayonnaise and balsamic and 3 chicken strips. I finally got to the counter and was given a bag and told thankyou, I asked the girl if they wanted some money, she said oh ok sorry. I checked the salad for mayonnaise and saw some and paid and left. I arrived home to find a chicken salad WITHOUT ANY CHICKEN, (and they didn't give me the sauce for the chicken strips).
