Firstly, the lovely and friendly lady with the coloured hair made us feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for her. Lady you deserve a raise! Secondly, and while I don't like to focus on negativity, the kids pancakes were literally just reheated 'Golden' brand pancakes from the supermarket! Like seriously? We are frequent flyers at Queenies (weekly to 2 weekly); Although expensive for breakfast, Queenies has great food and coffee and we are locals and love supporting local business. However, today my partner went to have breakfast at Queenies with his brother who had driven from Tea Tree Gully, spent $90, was there all of 40 mins and as soon as the plates were cleared was told bluntly "people are waiting for a table" - immediately they felt that they had to leave. Was coming here more and more as the food was good and the service from the beautiful girl with coloured hair ,who made us feel like family and always has the time to smile and chat ,however after this weekend we wont be bringing our money here . The owner i guess he was came out and had a go at my daughter because her 6 month old puppy was barking. Now we realise that its frustrating however its not like she was just letting her bark she was trying to stop her but it comes with time and socialising.
