Subway Port Adelaide — Restaurant in Adelaide

I’m a regular customer and I never have had an issue until tonight with this one employee who seems to have such a hard job and a sour foul look on her face everytime we come in here and enough is enough it’s actually disgusting and disappointing. Girl with dark hair (Australian girl) I tried to look at her name badge to get her name to make a complaint to head office but it’s all smudged and can’t understand what it says. Every time my husband and I come here and she serves us she seems to have an issue we get along so well with all the staff we all have a laugh and just banter again as i mentioned we are regulars and spend over $100 a week here a week. This one girl seems to have her noise out of joint with not only us but other customers the ways she talks to them and a TM on with her how she communicates is actually disgusting. I was a manager for fast food never spoke to my crew nor customers the way she does I think if you’re going to work in a place like this I don’t think this is a job for you. The way she made out subs this night was gross we’ve barely touched it since being home waste of money to be completely honest, He asked for extra sauce cause she seems to only put a small amount it’s an issue for her the way she looked at my husband when he asked for extra sauce tonight was like she disgusted how dare you ask for extra sauce she then put way to much on after he asked for extra he seen it and then didn’t even bother at that point to say anything again cause the way she is. You tend to know what you’re getting when you head to a fast food chain such as Subway. And as expected, this particular Subway in Port Adelaide was about on par with what you can expect. The food was tasty, bread was fresh, ticked all the standard boxes. I did get an olive in my sub which must have fallen in by mistake (I hate olives) so that wasn’t cool but forgivable. I got the chicken classic and my partner got a turkey with double meat. Both subs had generous servings of toppings but it was kinda slapped together with no real love. And most disappointingly the young lady who served us was very sour. I get everyone has bad days, but it goes a long way to throw a smile. I was very close to ask her what was wrong because she genuinely seemed like she was hating life. So service only a 2/5 but overall I give this venue a 4/5....

So the other subway employees were well trained but there was one, I describe as a bigger female that was horribly trained, did not have personal skills, did not help when I asked which food they had there because there was not anything available at the time, she was the worst employee I’ve ever seen, if i was the manager I would sack her on the spot.
