A few suggestions for smoother service.
Menu boards to assist the customer with ordering from start to finish (breads, cheeses, extras, salads, sauces and toppings). Simplify the ordering process at the speaker box
Take the entire order from start to finish and then collect payment and park the customer as the drive through doesnât hold more than one car.
Youâre a 24/7 store which means it will attract customers at late hours. Please refrain from saying to us, itâs pretty late and so weird that youâd order food at this time, on a Saturday, with a condescending tone to greet us on our way.
Above all, the order was made as specified and weâre not complaining, merely making some suggestions. We understand the workers point of view and time of night, but without attention you may attract some more negative attention.

Nearly broke a tooth halfway into eating my meatball sub. Halfway through my meal.. the Meatballs were extremely hard - even had a hard time cutting through with a kitchen knife. See photos and videos attached.
Meatballs were rock hard, dried out. God knows how long theyâd been sitting there. I have not been feeling well since eating the first part of my sub and reaching those. I didnât eat the rest since obviously. Making me question the freshness of the meat I already ate⌠hoping not food poisoning related.
