Craft Coffee Cafe — Restaurant in Adelaide

First impressions were that the robot who delivers food was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Also found it strange that a robot was necessary to deliver our food since its a very small cafe but besides the point. The customer service was horrible. My mum ordered a salad that was drenched in sauce to the point that everything was soggy. Most of the salad was iceberg lettuce and tiny pieces of bacon that you can’t even taste with all the sauce. She had 3 bites before i asked for a refund since we were not interested in getting another one after that. The owner was extremely rude when we stated that the food was of poor quality. He was not apologetic at all and he said to us that we should have complained about it before eating it and then he could have made it again. Keep in mind mum only had 3 bites. He started to walk off without apology until i said i would like a refund. He basically refused until i said why should we pay for something we can’t eat and why should we get another salad when it was terrible quality. He gave me the cash back very rudely and all round had terrible service especially for an owner. He was mumbling under his breathe and everything even though. The younger staff had better service than he did and were actually apologetic about our bad experience....

I went in wanting to order my lunch. I asked the owner what came in the kesh as I am allergic to most things! He rudely responded saying "its not that hard to read, cant you see its written". When the ingredients were not even written which is why I was asking him in the first place! He then approached other staff in the centre saying my family and I ask too many questions when we go there! It is actually his job to answer my questions no matter how many I ask! Especially since I'm allergic to most things. We have been going here for 9 months and we will NOT be going back again he has definitely lost business from myself, my friends and my family. He was not apologetic at all! He Didn't even apologise for how rude he was to myself and my family! The staff were apologising the entire time as they knew he was in the wrong! The food also took 30 minutes to come out! Very slow service. The owner claims that he is a business man when he can't even admit to his mistakes or make his customers feel welcomed. He has no respect for his customers and staff! Definitely not a business man! I DO NOT...

We just placed an order for two coffees, a vanilla slice, and a coffee slice for $33.14. When we questioned how it came to that price, the server was rude and dismissive, even though there are no listed prices anywhere for any of the foods in the display. He just tapped the "no refunds" sign and reprinted my itemised receipt (which they hadn't given me in the first place). Whatever, we figured we just wouldn't bother coming back. We got out to the car with our order and the slices had leaked through the bags, because they had been frozen and were melting everywhere. That's when we decided we definitely wouldn't go back. The coffees tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in months.

Other than the coffee robot which is cute, there is no redeeming...
