After going to Beacon up the road for the 3rd time and still not being happy with what they had. I googled fan shops and found this one less than a Km down the road. Small shop, not a huge range from the looks (could be deceiving). I wanted a plain fan that didn't cost alot. The owner(?) was very nice and took the time to explain the features and specs of the different fans (wasn't just a salesman). Good price which also included the remote (decent remote too). Easy to install providing you know your +/- wires. Will buy more fans from here in the future.

Highly recommend taking a look in this shop, if they don't have what your looking for don't worry. We were given some sites to look at found what I was looking for contacted them for price and was given a great deal. Best customer service you could ask for. Really finished off our kitchen renovations

A great experience with Lights Fans Action! I wasn’t completely happy with the first pendant light I chose, it just didn’t look right once it was installed. But the service I received was outstanding! He was very understanding and allowed me to exchange it for something else that suited my space much better. I really appreciated the flexibility and customer care. Highly recommend! Thank you...

I broke the diffuser on a LED oyster light in my Perth home but couldn't find a replacement in WA. I found that Lights Fans Action had my model in stock. They were most helpful responding to my email enquiry and when I visited their retail outlet, they were happy to supply the diffuser only, not the complete light. That gesture saved me a heap of money. Happy to recommend them for great...
