My family and I have been coming to Ingle farm Subway for almost over 10 years. Today at 3:40 PM when we were ordering the lady serving us was extremely rude to my mother. She was ordered her regular meal but the lady did not wrap the subway properly and when my mother kindly asked her to wrap it properly so she would be able to eat it the lady serving my mother said you ordered to much stuff in there which was not at all the case. My mother asked her to make a new one and the lady serving her said are you sure you want me to serve you very rudely. Later when I came back and tried to talk to the guy in a very calm manner he started to accuse me of being rude to "his staff". I am also running a business and I try not to write any bad review for any business but this today was unacceptable and silly. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall with the guy as well. When my mother asked the lady "How her day was" she replied by saying "I had to throw patty away" making it seem like we refuse to take but in reality we kindly asked her to wrap it properly as we are paying for the food and not asking for free food. As I mentioned above I am also running a business; I also know about customer service and as customer's we were trying not to give anyone a hard time. Please re-train your staff or bring back the old staff as they actually knew how to treat their customers with respect. I do not want to give the name of the lady but could you please ask her not be rude to others and create problems and blame it on the customers and for the guy please do let other people talk and let them finish.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had to wait ten minutes to be served, this is fine if it's busy, but it was due to the staff member having to make an order which was ordered in advance, but not made. The customer who was before me with the pre-order was quite suprised it wasn't made yet, as the store was empty, and the order had not even been printed out, it was only one foot-long.
The staff member did not understand English well at all, in the end I agreed to something other than what I initially ordered as I couldn't get the message across. She also spoke so incredibly softly that I couldn't hear a single thing she was saying, in fact after the order was made I'm still not sure if she told me the price, or asked if I'd like cookies or a drink etc, I just held my card up to signal that I was ready to pay when I heard her make a little noise, as this was the only efficient way to communicate.
The sub was ok, but when ordering Subway, this situation does not...

DECEPTIVE WORK PRACTICES is surely anathema to a business in today's work climate & environment & yet, this establishment chose to deceive my partner & I... some people should never be in business, your profits & future success depends on repeat business, not a once only RIP-OFF... we made a purchase yesterday, it was a public holiday & quite prepared to pay the extra 15% surcharge included in the price, however, we were charged between 20% & 32% on top of the regular price... an honest mistake, perhaps? So I approached the establishment today & spoke at length with the manageress... you guessed it, she was sorry & there was nothing she could do, a lame & pathetic response... this site has had considerable poor reviews & it is not difficult to see why when they display such disdain, we shall never return, you all know the cliche, 'buyer beware' & I would under no circumstances recommend this establishment to...
