Terrible. Had a party that I was taking the sushi to, ordered it and paid for the day before. Wanted a Set A mini maki vegetarian with BROWN rice. After confirming the order, I get a call the next day 30min before I am supposed to pick it up to say they don't have the brown rice sushi but can only do white rice. Pick up time was 12noon. As I was pressed for time, I reluctantly agreed to the white rice. Just amazed that they could not even get a simple order done even with a day's notice. When I kicked up a fuss when I picked up the order they said if you want to wait another 5 to 10 min (after queuing for 10mins) , we can get it done for you.. was already on my way to my friends house in Pasadena, so had no time to wait. If you can tell me you can do it AFTER I kick up a fuss, why couldn't you just have done the order? Disappointing....

Recently ordered platter at Sushi Hub online for a party and paid using GooglePay, the payment went through successfully and got order acknowledgement email from Sushi Hub online. Went to pickup second day at the designated time, was told they have no order under my name, showed them the order acknowledgement email and also GooglePay receipt, but they said I didn't receive order confirmation email, need to pay again and wait 30 minutes to get same order ( I couldn't wait that long ), Was told to get refund myself later through Sushi Hub online support. Wasted so much time driving around to pickup nothing and also getting the refund took many phone calls... Probably not entirely Burnside store fault, but their online...

In my two experiences with delivery, if an item is sold out, they will ask you to make a replacement in the UBER EATS app (this operation is allowed only once). But that’s not the main issue. After making the replacement, the delivered items are always missing one item each time. For example, if I ordered two shrimp sushi and two egg sushi, they would take one sushi away! Yet you still pay the full amount, and UBER EATS cannot handle or refund this issue. They are maliciously exploiting a loophole to steal money...
