Disappointed by Afghan Cuisine Experience in Ghan
As someone who has grown up enjoying authentic Afghan food, I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Afghan dishes in Ghan. I tried several different meals, and all of them were tasteless and unpleasant. It was disheartening to see that the true flavors of Afghan cuisine were completely lost in these dishes. For those unfamiliar with the original flavors, it might be tolerable, but for someone from Persian culture, it felt like an awful misrepresentation of what Afghan food should taste like.
The rice, both Qabuli and simple rice, was particularly disappointing. It lacked any real flavor and, to make matters worse, it was served with frozen rice, which is not only unappetizing but also goes against food health standards. Read moreUnfortunately me and my families experience was very disappointing. The staff at this restaurant need to fix there customer service skills as many customers have already said. The meals here are usually decent but this time they put barley any salad when understanding cost of living has gone up but you as a restaurant should be professional and maintain the usual amount of salad before the rise in prices. Other restaurants are able to do that so you should too! The bryani meat was old and before you respond and say that you cook fresh meals, we are not only the ones to speak many other customers say how your meals can taste old then there must be a problem with how you cook it. The hot chips and tomato sauce was awful it was something wrong with one of them or even both the taste was unbearable. Are you giving us expired food or chips dipped in the same oil for more than a week seems unhygienic. This restaurant is already expensive now they have decided to rise the prices in bread cause you are struggling to afford the items. This restaurant used to be good and now there customer customer service has gone way down and quality of meals have became awful. Such a disappointment please do not take this feedback in a negative way as these reviews help your restaurant improve as it...
