W&W Quan — Restaurant in Adelaide

this was the worst vietnam experience I have had since moving back to Adelaide, I ordered a selection of the baos steamed buns that were covered in a over salty soy type sauce. My mouth felt so dehydrated after eating the buns, I asked the waiter if I could have a glass of water and he said that they don't give out glasses of water as they had no drinking water on tap. There was a sink behind the service desk, I pointed that out and the waiter said that the owner does not give out tap water, that I would have to buy a one use bottle of water, which I said I couldn't do that... This is not about money it is about waste and sustainability. I will never eat...
