pie review no.4 for 2024 went down to the sister bakery of St Peters Bakehouse & Coffee Shop. curry pie - $6 Yet again i am amazed at the size and price of the pie ! The pastry was pretty well cooked though top, could have done with a bit more on the underside, wasn't dry, wasn't too flakey. The mince was nice, tender, not too grissley. Had a nice punch of curry flavour. Could have done with a tad more, but that's my personal preference. Serving temp just a tad too hot. All in all not a bad Curry Pie. Just landed in Adelaide, drove to hotel but too early do check in. Drove around blindly looking for coffee, took a few wrong turns and stumbled across this place.

Diana’s service was fantastic. Friendly, funny and cheeky. Chunky beef and potato pie has to be the best pie I can remember eating, makes it easily in the running for best pie ever.

Eyeing off the ‘small’ donuts, Kitchener buns and vanilla slices. Sugar coma coming on.

In our opinion, this place makes some of the best coffee in Adelaide and offers delicious food. We absolutely love the Breaky rolls. The pies and pasties are fantastic too. Pretty much everything we've tried has been amazingly good. What truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff.
