The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. However the server was a bit aloof, possibly because she was too busy and trying to do too much. We were seated but not given menus. We ordered and the dishes came out one by one- would have been nice to get them in rapid succession or altogether rather than several minutes apart. One dish was asked for with extra chilies. It arrived without the chilies. Then another dish was presented that had the extra chilies but was not anything we ordered. The server thought it was the first ordered dish and the one given was incorrect but the second one with the extra chilies actually on it was a sweet and sour and not at all what was ordered by any of us. At that point we were the only dine in customers. The fourth dish we ordered never came so we had to ask for it again and by the time it arrived the rest of our table had finished eating almost. While every dish was good, not getting the right meals was less than excellent service. Our bill reflected only the ordered dishes- and showed that we had indeed ordered the fourth meal that did not come. The restaurant was experiencing lots of take away ordered so perhaps the cook got confused in that busyness. The prices had gone up since the menu printing. So while we ordered expecting one price the bill was more by a few dollars. The cost of the meals was still quite fair and we happily paid it, but it is better customer service to either put stickers in menus over prices to show appropriate cost or to inform customers before they order of the price increase.

Overall, wonderful food and excellent value, five stars there. But I would rate it poor on customer service for the unexpected price increase that wasn’t known until paying the bill and the incorrect food that did not match the order as well as the delayed timing in...

I was quite happy for some time with close and convenience, food was ok compared too because there isn’t many choices around this area.

Back in 30 of June(Sunday evening)I ordered food for my family the order was chicken fried rice, fish cakes, satay chicken, tomyum seafood, beef massaman curry and cashew nuts chicken. After that dinner my son got so sick, he got stomach cramps, he got diarrhoea and following day he got sick all day I can’t count how many times he went to the toile, it didn’t stop until Monday night I thought I was going to take my son to the hospital, but lucky my husband went to the chemist and asked the pharmacist if they could recommend any medication and they did, and my son got better after he took the medication. It was the following evening I made a phone call to the restaurant to let the owner know, but I only got to speak to the girl at the front desk and she said that the boss was not there and she said that the boss will call me back, but I never got any calls ever since.

What I only want to hear is apology, I knew we all can make mistakes, but from now I always be very careful and go elsewhere.

Good food but these wait staff needs some serious customer service skills. We were 6 adults and some kids. Gave us one jug of water which we were sharing amongst ourselves. They took the order. We ordered Tom yam soup and some fish cakes for entree, fried rice and some stir fried veggies/beef to go along with the rice.

First after 40 mins we got the below in order-

Came out stir fried beef/veggies

After 15 mins we had our fried rice and by that time the stir fried got cold

3 after another 10 mins they brought the soup

The soup bowl was missing serving spoon so we asked for it. Then they never gave us the soup bowl as if we were supposed to put the soup on our plate.

At the end we couldn’t have the soup as it became cold, then we couldn’t enjoy the mains (which tasted good) because there was no fried rice served, by the time the fried rice was served the mains were cold.

What’s the point of having the best Resturant without giving the customers opportunity to enjoy the food while they are nice and hot.

So we ate and enjoyed all the food but they were unorganised and cold. We were there on Friday the 12th from 7.20 pm. Oh the fish cakes never got served as we had enough by the time we finished...
