Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Western Australia

Please be aware they serve Rancid/Off meat product.

Ordered a delivery of a couple of pizzas and some wings. After the first two bites in noticed a smell like off meat from the steak pizza. Stopped eating the pizza and called the store to discuss. After some back and forth with the manager (who told me the they checked the steak and it was fine) i was offered a store credit for the single pizza.

Started feeling more unwell so i went down to the store with the pizza to get them to check it and ensure no one else gets sick. Spoke to the same manager and was told that the steak could not have been off as it was frozen (and that even if it was off the cooking process would ensure it was not spoiled). I requested that someone at the store smell the uneaten pizza to confirm the meat is spoiled but was told everyone working was a vegetarian so they would be unable to confirm. After requesting the owner to call me and being refused i have returned home only to start being sick.

Called the store back but phone was sent to voicemail until i set my number to private. Requested the owner to call me for again and was refused stating that i could contact them during the week.

Two massive red flags are that they took no remedial actions to stop serving food that had spoiled and that they were under the impression that the meat they were serving would no longer be spoiled if...

Wasn't good 😐. At 5:52 We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides for delivery, it didn't arrive until around 7:15, around 50min later than the estimated arrival time of 6:22.

My wife is gluten intolerant so we ordered GF bases. Now we've come to know that GF products are not as good as their wheat counterpart but dominoes does it way better.

Both pizzas were dressed fairly sparse and the overall flavours were very 'meh'. The supreme had about 3 pieces of olives on the whole pizza. The butchers block was dry. Both pizzas were cut poorly - we needed to recut them ourselves, which was difficult because of how hard the GF base is.

The delivery driver was polite and the food arrived warm. The potato gems side was still little crispy which is good for delivery, but chips soggy.

Overall I'm very apprehensive about ordering...
