Summerlakes Dragon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Ballajura

Ordered take out. 2 entrees (won tons and spring rolls) then 2 mains, combo chow mein with crispy noodles and seafood and vegetables. 2 young ladies served me. Said would be a 30 min wait because they were so busy! I was a bit surprised because there was a table of 10 and a table of two (who had all been served) as I waited there were 3 pick up orders? I didnt think this was typically 'busy'for a restaurant on Sunday evening? However I actually waited 45 minutes. The food came and I had to ask for prawn crackers as did another customer. Considering I spent over $50 AND had such a LONG wait I was a bit disapointed to have to ask for a few crackers! By the time we got home to Ellenbrook our food was cold. The food was standard take away Chinese food and was not generous portions. In fact the crispy noodles my husband was looking forward to were less than a small handful. My seafood veg was ok 2 tiny pieces of fish 3 prawns and veg. Not impressed with the long wait far too long and yet there were 3 staff not doing very much in the restaurant. 2 people serving front desk was not needed. Really if you are so busy why not have more chefs and less front desk staff? The couple who ordered after me the lady was almost asleep ! Wont be back sorry. Too slow and a long wait for...

This would have to be the worst chinese I have ever eaten, everything was swimming in grease and oil ,and I spent $200 as it was a family members birthday.There was no taste or flavour to anything.the sauces looked like clear thickened coloured water with the slightest it was hard to reconigse the flavour.I contacted the store the owner/manager was so rude and said if you dont like our food go elsewhere next time.I then called back to shout the meal to her and her staff to eat, my treat she said the food was good. SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE, the only good thing about this place is its clean. Dont like if someone complains threaten the customer with the police, thats one way to deal with a complaint, and not have to refund the money. If your food is as good as you say it is, why cant you stand by it and eat what you expect us to eat.in the end we went and got KFC If you want chinese go to...

I was actually a bit nervous when I read the reviews ( right after I walked in with my family lol ) but the food and service was actually pretty good! the staff were nice and the place was pretty clean too. I was actually surprised when I try some food bc I wasn't expecting much. we came around 6:30 on a Friday night and the food came around pretty quick, we even got free prawn crackers! the vannila milkshake was good, the special fried rice goes well with the mushroom cheese eggs. the pineapple and chicken fried rice was pretty bland tho. dim sum and mapo tofu was good too. overall a pretty good experience and we would be coming back since it was only a 3 minutes walk...
