I have just walked out after 1 sip of coffee. After settling down with my food at an outside table with my little 2kg Moodle puppy I was asked to move as a duo wanted to set up there. As I moved my things, the owner said there was a sign saying don’t sit there. I pointed out there is no sign. She then had a go at me for tying up my pup to the table leg which I noted was secured into the door runner. She said not to do that if I come back as they had a dog run after another one and drag the table away. To the owner - My tiny pup would never move the table and I felt very embarrassed and humiliated by your comments. You could see I was on my own so you would surely realize that I had no option but to tie my puppy up to go inside and order my food. Great selection of books to browse through and buy (if so inclined). Chai tea was brewed nicely (seldom is this the case), the flourless chocolate brownie was absolutely delicious (I'm normally not keen on gluten free).
