The worst service I have ever experienced at a takeaway. I ordered and paid in advance. When my adult daughter came to collect she was told they had forgotten to do our order and it would be 10 to 15 minutes more - no apology. She returned 15 minutes later only to be told they had given our order to someone else. By this time I was so annoyed I went in and asked to speak with Manager. I was at least expecting an apology, but all I received was lies which only infuriated me more. He said our order was ready at 6pm but we weren’t there to collect it. When I challenged him with what we were told by staff he kept on repeating our order was ready and we weren’t there when called! No apology - what a terrible example for his staff in how to handle the situation and everyone working there knew he was lying too. Pathetic. The food was ok but I was too frustrated...

Came in the other day to Trident and grabbed a Chicken burger, no tomato in a meal with chicken salt. The starting line contains the entire meal. Everything came as well intended.

I wish the perfect trifecta continued but alas it did not. It stopped at the box being opened.

Unfortunately the oil used for the chips seemed a little beyond its time frame and the chips suffered a little. Still very edible but could have been better. (Prehaps not all the chips were cooked at the same time and some added as an after thought of quantity?)

The burger looked really good. Incredibly good. It was like something out of a magazine but the taste wasn't there. It was no where to be found.

It was quite bland and the coating wasn't sticking, I'm unsure whether or not it was just because it was busy but I'm hoping to get a more tasteful meal next time. Until...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would , great menu, and super lovely front counter girls each time… the issue is the inconsistency, ordered a loaded fries for my grandson but found it was missing two of the key ingredients that make it so pricey… pity. For the high reviews I can’t help but think maybe the less than positive ones are being removed. It makes me feel ill. Time to pop a few pills to get me to sleep otherwise my nightmares will be ridden with trident fries but anyway so will my number 2s

edit I find your response to be quite defensive and condescending. My presence on platforms like this should not be disregarded in such manner. I treat all businesses the same as it would be belittling to treat you otherwise. Trust me when I say I’m very disappointed in this comment...
