I looked up local cafes in the area with my customer where we decided to try Options for the first time for something different. I had let the lady know the coffee and biscuits were lovely and soon after she shared she was looking forward to celebrating her family members 92nd birthday. Me being nice I replied "Wow 92, what an exciting milestone to be celebrating that age" and its like she took total offence to what I said as she made a little look and said "Milestone.. that's a funny word for someone young of your generation to be using. For someone who's only done a few kilometres" and then tried carrying on initiating this kind of talk with my customer "we've done alot of miles so we know, but she's only done a few kilometres" My customer didnt know what to say in response. And she even questioned me why I had used such a term (milestone). I was planning to purchase more on my way out but changed my mind after that. Not sure I'll...
Read moreHad the worst experience there. Went there with my nan for morning tea, got served the wrong thing and it took 20 minutes to even get our food. Then when I got my food I ordered, it was a caramel tart, it had a dollop if chocolate on top and it tasted like off milk, it was sour and tangy and just revolting, the whole experience was just awful. Would not recommend anyone to go back there. Service was poor and the food was even worse!!!! And there was soooo many flies!!! Definitely won’t be going back and will be telling all my friends to stay clear...

The large mixed juice hubby ordered came in an old metal milkshake container, it was HUGE and incredibly cheap at about $10. The bonus was we made friends with the resident water dragon who was very partial to...
