Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Armadale

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL!

TLDR; Staff handed my order to the wrong person, and my pizza was raw in the centre.

Ordered a Large Loaded Pepperoni and a Large Super Supreme. After waiting the normal time, the pizza was ready… however they gave my order to some random guy standing near the counter. The customer opens my pizzas to check if it’s his (it’s not his) then just LEAVES IT ON THE TABLE (I know this part isn’t pizza huts fault but like cmon! If you get given the wrong pizza, tell the staff???)

Then I go ask if that’s my pizza and (I’ll skip the interaction with the customer) I grabbed my pizza and checked it. The loaded pepperoni barely had extra pepperoni and the large size was almost the size of my hand!

I get home, and start eating my pizza just to find the inner 10cm radius of the pizza dough is RAW!!!

I go back there and ask for the manager. The staff member asks “what’s wrong” so I say “the pizza is raw in the centre” which he responds with “HUHHHHH?????” So I show him how the dough is raw, and he doesn’t believe me so I show him again and say “ITS RAW!” And he still doesn’t fully understand. He gives me my refund and I leave. Will never come back here again, their service is disgraceful, their food is barely edible and their portions for the price are...

On the 2nd of May at approximately 2030 hours, I purchased a Chicken Supreme and a Spicy Chicken from Pizza Hut in Haynes Armadale. I go to this place regularly and their hygiene is not the best. No gloves when handling food, no hair net worn properly, they scratch their nose and carry on with food...... Previously I found a piece of dark long hair in my pizza and threw the pizza in the bin and though we can't always be perfect it got in there somehow and didn't bother to take the pizza back. On the 2nd of May I got the chicken supreme pizza and almost finished eating it and found a hair in the cheese crust bit!! I took the pizza back the next day, the middle-aged Asian fellow said he is the manager, then when he saw the hair, he pretended like he couldn't understand English and called the young blokes from the back. I have been told that once they find my receipt they will refund my money back. On my third attempt the same guy who took my order said they can't find my receipt, I said this will go further up. Apparently the manager told them to pay me in cash..I did get my refund in cash, if I didn't pursue it, I wouldnt get it.

Between 4.45pm to 5pm 1st July 2023 This is the second time I had come in to place a large order for my staff next door at Coles where no one took my order. The person slicing the pizza had headphones on and did not respond to multiple attempts by me to hail him. I wish to know if there is a fire in your workplace how would this particular employee even know there is a hazard at play? This has happened previously too but the manager had apologised so I thought nothing of it. Is Pizza Hut allergic to money? I feel insulted now that I am standing around for upto 10-15min without even able to place an order. Pizza usually take another 10-15 minutes to be ready for pickup. How is it okay for the entire process to go upto 30-35 minutes everytime when it could be done in 12-15 minutes if someone just takes my order on time. Staff dinners will be ordered elsewhere from now. I am not wasting my time...
