Went there tonight and ordered flake and other bits potato cakes , chips, dim sims ,

Got home and omg why is the food so bright yellow?

And potato cakes are definitely precooked then redipped. Potatoe inside was so aweful and hard. Batter wasn’t nice and was like rubber. Dim sims little cold in middle.

But everything so yellow.

When ordered I asked how much so I could check my card to transfer cash. Young lad had to ask someone else to add it up.

Oh and paid for a flake and it was the size of a fish bite. So tiny. Batter wasn’t nice and gross so cut open to find very dark fleshed flake, skinny. (Reminded me of flat head tail)

Oh and this weather the shop was freezing

Checked my bank later to see what I paid and not sure but flake, 6 potato cakes, chicko roll, half chips, 2dimys is not $43.88

Quality and product is everything.. this place avoid...

their chips were consistently excellent for over a decade. never crunchy, on the moist, soft side but always delicious. then a couple years ago something changed and they became dry, hard and undercooked. this latest visit it seems like they've taken a turn for the better. what's never changed though are their potato cakes. truly worthy of scientific study. how do you even find potatos that you can slice that thin and have them remain rock hard after being fried for 10 minutes? they've been like this for over a decade. occasionally i'm feeling brave or foolish enough to see if they've...

Dreadful. The oil is dirty, the burger bun was stale, I asked for a cheeseburger and they put cheese on a plain burger. No pickle, and lettuce! Cheeseburgers don’t have lettuce.

You are correct you are not McDonalds where I never eat. Don’t presume in your rudeness. Your oil was filthy, the burger was inedible and others need to know.
