Jamaica Blue Baldivis — Restaurant in Baldivis

I regularly buy coffee with janaica blue. Last week i got food poisoned after having my lunch at jamaica blues. Today I bought coffee from them again.. Totally shock big franchise like Jamaica blue having a barista that don't know how to measure how much milk that she must used to make small cup. She keep using a bjg jar to make small coffee and ending up so much wasted. Normally, a good cafe will know how to divide the left over milk into 2 serve coffee etc. But with this barista soo unique, she keep using the dirty jars & shockingly she mox the burned milk with the fresh milk together without consider contamination. Once you complained about the burned milk etc, the girl as a barista started showing bad attitude. Instead of appologize to customer she will make u wait on the line again for 15 min And keep doing mix the burned milk with the fresh milk.. So for the customee we should have fun with upset tummy after drink...

My partner and i went for lunch today. It wasnt extremely busy but there was only 1 waiter. First he spilled both coffees while walking ( no big deal) The coffee tasted like warm milk. Secondly the same waiter tipped our food off the plate while serving them ( still not a big deal) But! My partner had eggs holindais. The sauce tasted sour and was a dark yellow. Definately not right. The eggs were well over cooked to the point it was unedible. The bacon could have been used for bricks at a building site. I got the corn fritter and it was swimming in balsamic vinger that was meant to be balsamic glaze. That much that the corn fritter soaked it all up and tasted like vinegar and thats it. My egg was also rock hard. Currently my partner is in the toilet not feeling the best since lunch. If you want some days off work come have lunch here! If i could rate minus...

Used to frequent this place quite regularly but in the past couple of months it appears to have gone downhill. Tables are not cleared quickly and even when they are cleared they do not get wiped down. Had to ask to have tables wiped a few times. Service has become really poor and the food is not as good as it used to be. Last time we visited we asked for the cakes to be warm - they were still cold when we got them. We ordered drinks at the same time and these arrived well after we had finished the cakes. Other takeaways were attended to in front of us even though we had watched them come and order well after we had. Shame really - the team has always been so good but a turnover of staff seems to have had a negative affect.
