If I could leave 0 stars I could, on Sunday went there for dinner with the family and waited 5 minutes before someone actually grabbed us to seat us at our reserved table. We started with drinks and then ordered food through the table code, we received our entrees before we even recieved our drinks, first we asked the waiter for 3 small plates for the chilli mussels and he came back with 1 and then we repeated and said we asked for 3, if your going to advertise chilli mussels please actually make them chilli, we ordered our second round of drinks just as we got out mains…. We didn’t get them till 15 minutes after we finished our main courses. Now it wasn’t a busy night either with large tables it was just absolutely appalling, there was a waitress there pretty much standing around and doing nothing next minute she is taking our plates without asking if we were finished with them. My dad actually was waiting a little bit to finish off his meal but she had just took them from the table and we all were shocked that she didn’t ask if we were done with them. Even when delivering the plates she kind of just put them on the table she didn’t say a word. We ordered a pork knuckle and it was supposed to have ‘ pork belly crunch ‘ but the outside was so undercooked that he couldn't eat it only the meat on the inside which is disappointing especially for what we paid for it. So have not been in this place from it was the German restaurant and feels like there still alot of German influences still in the food. I'm from Ireland and I seen the Irish sausage, mash and "sarkraut!?" Given that when looking through the menu most dishes comes with sarkraut. So as you can see I ended up ordering the chicken Alfredo. Well was ment to be that but was more like a pasta soup. I did ask is this ment to be like that ( knowing it's not but had to ask) so I got a new bowl and came up just the same just not water in it but still like a soup. So I got asked after a few minutes if the 2nd go was OK and told them it's just the same and showed them a photo online what it should be like. So I did get a refund and a drink to make up for the inconvenience. My wife did get the steak and was over cooked but she was hungry and did eat it. So as I can see from other reviews they might need to get a new chef or train the chef up abit more? Now we it comes to the drinks! 10/10! Cocktails I got 2 of the $10 Cocktails and they were not bad but I had to get a 2nd old fashion as the first one was nice! So food let's this place down for me but will give it a 2nd go in time. I called just after lunchtime asking if you do bookings or walk-ins, I was told on the phone no bookings. Got there just after 630pm and asked if I had a booking. Misinformation but I let that go. You guys were flat out busy. I wanted to sit outside where it was quieter but we were moved into a smaller room next to the bar. Table near us was having a good ole time. I couldn't hear my partner over the yelling. When ordering food I told the server I have a dairy allergy, no dairy. Ordered the Pesto Garlic Chicken. I was aware it had creamy garlic sauce and cheese. It came out with creamy garlic sauce that covered 95% of the plate. My stomach was thinking "Am I a joke to you?" My partner stared at my plate and told me "You cannot eat that"

Overall I took 3 bites of the chicken after scraping off the sauce. Found the mash, realised it had butter in it. My digestive system is like time to die. I couldnt finish it. Loved the broccolini tho. Just disappointing no one took allergys seriously.
