Sushi Sushi Baldivis — Restaurant in Baldivis

Today we went to sushi sushi and I bought my son 2 rolls of chicken teryiaki and avocado, his favourite. They are normally a really high quality with lovely pieces of chicken. Today there were so many qrissly pieces, my son had to spit out 6 pieces between the 2 rolls. This has now turned him off having food there. I went to the counter and got the attention of one of the staff members there, and explained that I didn't require a refund, just wanted to express frustration as the chicken was subpar, showing her the pieces of chicken. Rather that use her customer service skills and apologise, and recognise that this was not very good, she proceeded to give me a very dirty look, said nothing and ignore my comments completely. Because of the lack of care for the rolls, and her lack of customer service, we will find somewhere else...

I had the worst experience at Baldivis Sushi Sushi! The girl behind the counter was rude, first of all I had to call out to her 20 times, as her back was to me, saying hello. She put the sushi in paper bags, once the 4 rolls were cut into slices and when I asked cannot it not be in the containers, she flung one down. I don’t know how you can put 4rolls in one 🤷‍♀️, only 3packets of soy sauce, no lacky band. I placed the sushi in myself, then asked for lacky bands, she gave me one, for two containers, then when questioned throw me the second one, and then throw the 4th soy...
