I have never written a google review before but this place deserves one!!!!!! Popped in for brunch during our road trip from Coffs to Brisbane. Me and hubby were cranky and tired and went into the first place we saw in Bangalow without much thought, but it was FANTASTIC!!! Give the little young blonde girl a raise 👏👏👏👏 She was very sweet and friendly and talkative and made ordering very easy and our experience amazing even while it was quite busy and she was having to run back and forth. The Asian girl who brought our food out also seemed very smiley and happy too, she was also excellent 👏 Once we finished eating the blonde girl checked back in with us, asked if we wanted more coffee, how everything was. The team here are REAL hospitality workers! Friendly service with a smile which is unfortunately so rare nowadays. Plus ordering at the table was great as many cafes do not offer this anymore. We got Eggs benny and anchovy eggs and both were delicious, looked amazing and good portion sizes. Great coffee, great food, great service.

Not impressed. I don't normally give bad reviews but this was not a great experience at all. Admittedly we arrived 10 minutes before closing so all was served in takeaway containers which we had no problem with, as understand people want to get home. Our biggest gripe was the outrageous price! No items were priced in cabinet which is often a warning. We had a Brisket burger which was small and only had brisket and some pickles and cost $18.70!! One small orange cake, juice in bottle, 1 coffee and 1x chai tea. Total $53.18!! Old lady charged me $68 for only 4 doughnuts which was missed previous costumers payment by this lady. I correct her it’s not my amount and she told me it’s okay try again! Then she charged me another $13. Total $81 for only 4 doughnuts! Complaining about this but she’s laughing at me. Never give me back money and I talked manager and he refunded only $60 without any apology at all! I don’t understand why he’s trying to refund only $60. I was asking anther $8 back and he’s already frustrating Seems like it’s not their fault and he complained loudly in a discriminatory attitude.
