Sparrow Coffee - Bangalow — Restaurant in Bangalow

I’ve been a sparrow loyal customer since it opened many years ago and until the last few weeks it’s been awesome. But many times in the last few weeks my order has taken more than 20-25 mins to make and when queried why it had taken so long I received a rude and abrupt response and they proceeded to make others in front of mine to prove a point - seemed it was on the same days each week that this was happening with particular staff but unfortunately I’ll be sharing this disappointment with others because no one deserves that kind of rudeness first thing in the morning. Gone are the days of “quality sparrow” that would brighten your morning and I’ve given too many chances...

I have been here a few times and had no issues, the last time I visited in June 2022 the two girls that were working were rude and unwelcoming and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but regardless I won’t be back. I also ordered and paid for the regular size and got given smalls. I was made to feel like such a burden to these girls that I didn’t bother...

I am so disappointed to walk in this great coffee shop and find out they do not take cash payments. This sets such a dangerous precedent on our lives, it is not worth the 'convenience'.
