I’ve been a sparrow loyal customer since it opened many years ago and until the last few weeks it’s been awesome. But many times in the last few weeks my order has taken more than 20-25 mins to make and when queried why it had taken so long I received a rude and abrupt response and they proceeded to make others in front of mine to prove a point - seemed it was on the same days each week that this was happening with particular staff but unfortunately I’ll be sharing this disappointment with others because no one deserves that kind of rudeness first thing in the morning.
