A J's Hotbake — Restaurant in Batemans Bay

Called in on way through Batemans Bay for a quick bite. Service and food was awesome. I had to call back in on way back from holidays and loaded up again. Service brilliant, food brilliant and the best Rum Balls I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favour if in Batemans Bay or passing through, call in and get some amazing bakery goods and don’t forget the rum balls. I would drive the 10 hours back from our farm just to go to this bakery....

Classic Aussie bakery with a wide selection of sweet and savoury treats, friendly service, and outdoor seating. We were camping in Murramarang and popped into Batemans to grab supplies and a snack. I had an apple turnover and a long black which were both delicious.

I'll be thinking about that turnover for a long time! Not sure when I'll be back in Batemans, but if I am I'll be getting...
