Naab Restaurant — Restaurant in Bedford

One star experience indeed. Although i like to support new businesses and try different foods, this was one of the worst food experiences in such a long time. And there are reasons for it. Rule #1 in restaurant businesses is Customer Service and trained staff. If you just cook in the kitchen and claim to have good quality food you’ve only done 50% of the job. Now the reasons for my 1 star review: We ordered tea at the very start and it arrived half an hour later with the “mains” Ordered 4 main dishes and one arrived first, the other three at least 20 mins later Staff had absolutely no idea what it means to bring all the main together. They basically had poker face when we raised the issue The starters arrived all at the same time with one main dish. The drink we ordered for the table never arrived. The ice cream we ordered never arrived (even after 15 mins there was no sign of a simple ice cream) The food was overcooked and the wings were completely Burnt! When we raised the issue to one of the staff at the front desk (before leaving), the explanation was unsatisfactory and so unprofessional. Rude, unprofessional and untrained staff. I understand there is shortage of staff but this is absolutely ridiculous.

My advice, unless you are very desperate for a very average food and service, don’t go...

Absolutely disgusting service by the wait staff.

We arrived at 7:50pm. At 7:58pm I asked to order. The older lady told me that she would be with me shortly.

8:10pm. I had to ask again to order. I was told to wait. We finally ordered our food at 8:15pm. Our food didn’t arrive until 8:55pm. 40 minutes to make the food when half the restaurant was empty, and all this on a 40 degree day and they didn’t even have all the AC units on.

Then to make it worse, the man argued with us, claiming that we hadn’t been there for an hour, when actually we had!!!

Don’t bother going to this restaurant while the wait staff hate their job, and can’t even bother to smile! I don’t pay $150 for a meal to be greeted with hostility and disrespect. Mira obviously the downfall of this restaurant, as there is at least 40 other reviews (if not more) complaining about the wait staff...

That was a TERRIBLE experience for us. Our great day ended up with the worst experience in this location. The whole group doesn't know even the basic concepts of customer satisfaction. First of all, we were waiting for 25 minutes and no one cares to get our orders. I was moving my head to find anyone to see our table! After about an hour we got our order, but without a spoon, fork, glass, and water! Waited for about 10 minutes and AGAIN no one came. Are you kidding me?! Again, looking to find someone there to let them know!! Our food got cold, that's it. Average food quality, and AWFUL services, also different items on menu were unavailable like doogh, rice. I will definitely never ever come back to this restaurant. Guys, learn to respect your customers with proper services. It was just wasting...
