Mother India Vegetarian — Restaurant in Western Australia

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering food from Mother India Restaurant through Menulog, and I strongly advise against choosing this establishment. From start to finish, the entire process was marred by incompetence and a lack of timely service.

When I initially placed my order, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided by Mother India Restaurant ranged from 15 to 30 minutes. However, this ETA came and went without any sign of my delivery. After contacting Menulog support for assistance, they seemed disinterested in addressing the issue and simply requested my order number. It was inconvenient to leave the chat and retrieve the order details, only to find that my conversation had ended. I had to start a new chat with another representative, who proceeded to ask for basic information such as my order name and address. This lack of coordination and information sharing within their system reflects poorly on their overall organization and efficiency.

Furthermore, it appears that Mother India Restaurant has a track record of disappointing service, as some of my friends had encountered similar issues in the past. Even when dining in at the restaurant, they reported experiencing delays and unsatisfactory food quality.

Considering the multiple shortcomings I experienced with Mother India Restaurant, both in terms of delivery and food quality, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment or ordering through Menulog. The restaurant has great-tasting food, but their Uber Eats menu is extremely disappointing. They don’t have a single chapati or paratha listed, and the menu only shows limited street food combos like dabeli, vada pav, bhel, and similar items. I’ve told the owner many times to update the Uber Eats menu and include a proper desi menu with curries and roti options, but nothing has changed.

This place started good. But the more it made progress through word out mouth, the quantity and quality reduced, but not the price a vada pav is 6 dollars even if we by vada pav in india its not 10 rs.. and if u see the size of that vada u will never eat again. So the owners should think all prople dont work in mining nor do they earn 100k. People just come there to eat the food which reminds them of india. So this msg is not to putting tye restaurant down.
