McDonald's is a globally recognized fast-food chain known for convenience and affordability. However, my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing due to multiple issues with service, food quality, and professionalism.
Each time I visit, my order is either incorrect or missing items, which creates frustration and inconvenience. Accuracy should be a priority in fast food, but it appears to be a recurring issue at this establishment.
The food quality is also below expectations. My burgers have often been undercooked and poorly assembled, making them unappetizing. The fries, which are typically a signature item at McDonald's, are consistently subpar—either cold, stale, or overly salted.
Additionally, I was shocked to overhear inappropriate language over the PA system while placing an order at the drive-thru. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and creates a negative experience for customers.
Service is another area in need of improvement. Long wait times, inattentive staff, and a lack of professionalism contribute to an overall poor dining experience. While McDonald's is known for speed and efficiency, this location struggles to maintain those standards.
Overall, this McDonald's does not meet the expectations associated with the brand. Unless improvements are made in food preparation, order accuracy, and staff professionalism, I would not recommend this...
Read moreI’m a regular customer and have always had good experiences at this McDonald’s — especially when using the Dockers membership promotion, which allows you to receive a free Big Mac after a win by showing your Dockers app membership.
For the past twelve rounds, I’ve shown both my own membership and a screenshot of my mum’s who is usually waiting at home, and this has always been accepted without issue.
Today, I was questioned multiple times at the drive-thru about who was in the car, even after explaining the process I’ve followed each time. I was passed between two staff members and treated as though I was doing something wrong. When I reached the next window, I was confused about the pricing and asked for clarification. I may have come across as short, but it was only because I felt startled — especially as the response I received from staff wasn’t kind or patient.
Even the Happy Meal I ordered for my niece was handed over with the box still open and unfolded.
I raised this with the manager, but he only smiled and said thank you, without acknowledging anything I said.
This was the first time I’ve felt genuinely disrespected at this location. I’m sharing this so the team can hopefully reflect on how they speak to and treat regular customers — especially when we’re simply asking for consistency...
Read moreEdit: dropping a star, this is the first and only 1 star I've ever given. 2 Uber orders with missing items now. Really can't recommend buying from here at all. This is the fifth time in a row the server failed to get my order right, from completely ignoring what type of burger I wanted to giving me the completely wrong drink that's not the same size as the meal. My family has had a similar experience (3 incorrect orders). Serious question: Is this a deliberate ploy to get us to use the self-service kiosks? I don't give negative reviews easily, but this is 6+ months of the same problems - the staff either aren't being trained to work the registers, don't care, or management has them under horrible crunch. NOTE the other reviews! They're consistently getting orders wrong and even giving diabetics coke with sugar, it's truly not okay. They did this to me as well, but luckily I'm not going to die from that.
I'll be going to Hungry Jack's from now on, but no hate for the staff.
Otherwise, it's usually clean and the coffee is good. Like I said, I don't give negative reviews easily, but something is wrong here. Wasn't like this a...
