Eastwood's of Bermagui — Restaurant in Bermagui

Unfortunately after hearing good things I had high hopes, but my experience was awful. I opted for meal delivery, which would have made life a lot easier as I have chronic illness and struggle to cook or drive. It was one disaster after another. The meals were delivered to someone else, then when replacements were brought the next day there was no prawn curry that I'd ordered, and got a vegetable soup instead (which was advised before delivery but still disappointing). The food was very average and then I got sick after eating it. Then trying to get a refund just for the difference in price has been pretty much impossible. I was basically told I wasn't welcome to order from them again when I asked for a refund instead of a credit because I didn't know if I'd order from them again. And it's been around 6 weeks and still no refund. All in all an awful and stressful experience that was the last thing I needed when I was so excited at the thought of being able to get food delivered each week.

Edit after the response to say I received a rude email due to this review. And also to say there was nothing 'tricky' about accommodating me. I accepted a change in order the next day from available options with no arguments and asked for a refund for the difference in price. I'm not sure what was so 'tricky' about accommodating that. Kelly is not only a great teacher but an amazing cook/chef! The food they offer at the cafe is absolutely amazing and is a must try! We always stop in when we're in town. Kelly's cooking classes are just fantastic, I have been to quite a few of them and she is great, I really learnt a lot of new tips and tricks! I visited Eastwood's of Bermagui over a year ago, and it still stands out as one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I stepped into the deli, I was welcomed with open arms by the friendly staff. The food was delicious and nutritious, and they had a great selection of ready-made meals that were perfect for the busy days for our guests.
