Caba Social — Restaurant in Bogangar

Found spot via googled maps and rode our motorcycles from Brisbane to Cabarita Beach. Great day for it too. Unfamiliar territory, we had no real clue what eateries were best for brunch/lunch occasion. Based on a hunch through observation and its bustling atmosphere Caba Social caught our attention.

Our food of choice - Eggs Benedict melts in style while the flavors caress the taste buds.

Poached to perfection, the eggs are hot, and surprisingly garnished with turmeric lightly sprinkled on top of fresh spinach and quality salmon/bacon on the side. You feel the love poured into this plate, the butter added, the flavours the richness of the salmon and the Hollandaise turning perfectly poached eggs into awesome poached eggs. The English muffin’s toasted lightly crunchy, warm and soft with an airy lightness. Asides from a good tasting brunch our hot beverages were at the right temperature and full of delicious goodness.

Most important valuable ingredient this place has going for itself. Is the hardworking staff who get up early on a Sunday morning and show up to work to provide a pleasant experience and atmosphere for everyone.

I stopped in at Caba Social early this morning to grab a coffee as I passed through town . While I can't comment on the food as such as I only brought a takeaway coffee , I have to say the coffee was ( to my picky tastes ) " Bloody Good " I only brought a medium but quickly wished I had brought a large as I was really enjoying it . The store was what I would call quietly busy considering it was just before 7 am on a Saturday morning . There were a couple of tables with people having breakfast and coffee as well as a couple of people wanting for their take away coffee when I ordered but I was served quickly and my coffee order was ready in a couple of minutes . The shop was clean with friendly girls serving . There is plenty of parking right outside the store which is a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach which is where I sat and watched the waves as I drank my coffee before I continued on my way south . Guys this was a hit. Located in a great spot easy to find and for us, parked right out front. Friendly staff upon arrival and wow the food. 5 star+++.

We ordered and the food was on the table before our coffee had a chance to cool. That in itself is service.

They have an in store made spice that goes onto the Benedict and bacon and it’s amazing. Brings out the flavor 10 fold. Mocha was hot but not enough to burn.

I sound like I’m raving. But these guys killed it today.

Take a short drive after breakfast and the views from the cliffs. They are crazy. I thought tweed had the views. Nope. Caba has that on lock.
