Worst Experience Ever Rude and Disrespectful Staff. Before you visit this restaurant, read this. I had the worst experience here. The manager and staff were incredibly disrespectful. We placed an order worth around $600. When they first asked about drinks, I said no because they didn’t have large bottles, and we were a big group. The staff member didn’t say anything, so we went out, bought 2-liter bottles, and came back. Just as we were about to start eating, the manager came over and rudely told us we couldn’t bring outside drinks. He made us put them down. I went inside and confronted the staff member who took our order, saying, You could have told us earlier especially since I mentioned we were going to buy drinks outside! He just pointed to a sign and shrugged. I explained that we had spent $600 a significant order but he dismissively replied, That’s not a big order some people spend $1,000. How disrespectful is that? I told him we’d never return, and then the manager repeated the same thing, forcing us to keep our drinks under the table without drinking them. After we all got upset, they brought us complimentary drinks, which we refused. Instead, we bought even more drinks from them and paid extra after all their rudeness. To make things worse, when we asked for takeaway containers at the end, the staff whispered and giggled behind our backs. Read moreI honestly don’t understand how this place has a 5-star rating on the website. We went there with family hoping to enjoy a good meal, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. We had to wait for more than half an hour, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold, overly oily, and definitely not worth the high prices they charge. They didn’t even provide water.
We were seated outside, and it was freezing cold. The outdoor heater worked for barely five minutes before the gas ran out. Even after asking the staff to fix it, they completely ignored us and never came back with a solution. It felt like they just didn’t care.
If the owner wants this business to survive, they seriously need to replace the entire staff. Not a single person looked happy or willing to assist customers, and it was clear they had no training or interest in basic customer service.
I don’t usually write reviews—especially bad ones—but I felt I had to this time. No one should ruin their special day by going to this place. If it were just about bad food, I might have ignored it. But the rude behaviour of the staff pushed me to write this.
Honestly, I don’t even feel like giving them 1 star. I will never ever visit this place again, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far...
Read moreI liked this place the first few times I ordered but this time I had a bad experience. I ordered a mixed grill on uber eats which was prepared very quickly and delivered quickly by the driver, yet what I received was just bad. The meat was all totally dry and all burnt, so I had to cut the black outer layer off of every piece of meat except 2. The adana was all broken up and missing some of the usual amount. It was broken into pieces and mixed all around the box as if to hide the fact that it was only half of the usual amount. I assume they had to break off the really burnt pieces and just threw the rest around the box to cover it up. It was also weird that the adana was stone cold while the rest of the meat was a bit warm. To send this rather than doing the right thing and just recooking some meat after someone has paid your high prices is just lousy. With the way that some of the meats were different temperatures and different degrees of burnt and some of the pieces were cut up I'm honestly wondering whether they sent us something that had been leftover or rejected by another customer. Plus the bread was missing. Oh well, typical modern service, quality issue, skill issue and attitude issue, couldn't give a damn about the paying...
