Most importantly GREAT COFFEE.

The perks of Banter Coffee House are in the details. You're getting restaurants perks at a place focused on quality coffee!

No asking for salt and pepper it's on every table Water jug delivered to you (enough water for multiple cups woohoo!) Plenty of seating but also a fair amount of space between each table (Could concentrate on my own convos) Great walls around the coffee house so you don't feel like you're in a carpark at all (even @8:30am rush hour)

Personal experience: I came at peak morning rush and was dining in. I got told to take a seat and someone would take my order. I was served water and table was set, but 20mins went by and no one came to take my order. It seemed to happen to another table as well. So overall I wasn't blown away by the customer service experience, but in saying that it wasn't the staffs attitude, just attention to service at a busy period. When I went up to speak with staff and order they...

Highly recommend! Great healthy quality modern food options that arrived within a respectable time after ordering. Coffee was fantastic too. Staff were very friendly and happy. We ordered the big breakfast and the pineapple pancakes. Admittedly, when the pancakes arrived with fairy floss on top, I had a little panic as our family doesn't eat that type of food (sugar, food with numbers in it, etc) but after a little nibble, you could tell it wasn't your usual fairy floss like the sugary floss I remember as a child, it wasn't sickly sweet and didn't stick to your mouth, possibly made from a coconut base, it was surprisingly delightful. Super stoked to discover this place and fully recommend. The only reason I gave a 4/5 for atmosphere was that it could have probably done with more plants or a vine to fully cover any sight of the carpark and street but that was such a minor thing. Thanks to the Banter Coffee House team for a great family...

I had lunch there today, the atmosphere was nice and I had a good time with my friend. Unfortunately, both my orders were lost in space…I’m pretty easy going, didn’t want anything in return, just my food. After almost an hour wait, I finally got my food, (big brekky) had the toast and an egg and was told that they were closing so I had to put my food in a takeaway box and go. For the most part, I appreciate how the guy handled it, was very apologetic and wanted to make it right, but I really didn’t expect to be ushered out after eating my food for 5-10 minutes after an hour waiting for it. It was my first time trying out the place too. Not disappointed, just sad that the experience was ruined because of it. Not a bad review, just meh. I’m sure it doesn’t happen everyday, it’s just unfortunate it happened to me. On the plus side, my partner loved his...

My partner and I drove 20 minutes to try Banter Coffee House, mainly for their taro latte, and it didn’t disappoint. I had the hot taro latte which was rich and delicious, while my partner ordered the iced version which unfortunately tasted quite weak. For food, I ordered the Berry Crunch Breakfast Bowl. It looked amazing, but it was supposed to come with mixed berries and fresh mint — instead, it only had apple and strawberry. There was also barely any yoghurt compared to the amount of granola. Still, it tasted really good. My partner got the Classic Eggs Benedict with bacon, plus added Smokey BBQ Pulled Pork and potato hash. He enjoyed the pork, but wasn’t a fan of the potato hash and felt the croissant tasted old. On the positive side, the staff were really friendly and the cafe itself is beautiful with a great atmosphere.

Based on the great and encouraging recommendations received, we made our way to this cafe. Location is way deceiving: in a car park next to a fuel station. However, the owner did a great job in containing the beauty of his business in a well structured oasis. There is not a big panorama (if that’s what you are after) but the excellent food really did take our mind off the surrounding. The mushroom bruschetta was an outstanding recipe, that I’d like to personally encourage - the pleasant shock did last for several hours! The humble environment serves as a wonderful background for the excellence the staff, the owner and products bring to the table.
