Can not really say a bad word about this place. The staff are always REALLY hospitable (which you would hope for in hospitality, but unfortunately don't always receive) , they have an option of sparkling or still water, the service is fast and attentive, despite it being PACKED. We usually go for breakfast and I have loved everything, and so has my family. Only thing that isn't the greatest is the creamy mushrooms. They taste a tad congealed and a little bit like mushroom soup from a can. That is seriously the ONLY thing I can say that is negative about this place. There are SO many options on the menu that it can take some time to decide, if you have a specific craving they have every add on option available that you could think of and are a really good price. The complimentary short breads with the coffees are very addictive. This is a fave of many of my friends and myself, I will continue to return again and again. Great place, great staff and great, fresh food made with care and to suit. I'm so glad I've found this place....however everyone else in the near vicinity has also. This still doesn't slow down service though. On another note, they obey the COVID rules impeccably given the amount of traffic they have....
Read moreMyself and a friend visited this store a couple of weeks ago. While I am normally a big fan of the Cafe 63 chain of stores. My visit to Sinnamon Park for a take away breakfast for 2 was a bit underwhelming. The store itself ticks all the boxes for tidiness, friendly staff etc. It is well located, easy to find and follows Covid protocols. However, we were left waiting for an extended period of time after placing our takeaway order for 2 x eggs benedict. Our hot drinks came out pretty quickly but when the food order was ready we were not informed. We were standing in plain sight. Our food sat on the counter for a good 15 minutes until my friend asked a staff member what was going on with our order. By this stage the food was stone cold and so were our hot drinks. We were not offered a replacement. While I do understand that this was no way done on purpose we should have been offered a refund or fresh meals. For the $43 spent we could have gotten a far better deal elsewhere. Sorry for the negative feedback but it...
Read moreCafé 63 has always been a welcoming venue. We regularly frequent it for breakfast after Parkrun and it is usually packed, meaning it’s popular. For me, the menu is so extensive that I sampled several of their offerings and was happy with all. My favourite, however, is their Green and Gold hamburger, which comes with chips, mayo and is the best value for money on their compendium of choices. The Green and Gold burger has a hash brown, burger patty, lettuce tomato with bacon and melted cheddar cheese. It requires practice to eat this for breakfast and most times it makes lunch obsolete. I sometimes get picked on for pigging out, but after all, it’s just a burger, right? 😉 I have not yet had a bad meal there. I admit to having sampled alternative venues elsewhere, but always gravitate to Cafe 63 Sinnamon Park. It is also a favourite, it seems, with our officers in blue. They always are well represented there, and not only at breakfast time. It is easily accessible from the...
