4 times we’ve dined in and this is the 5th time ordered take away and every single time quality was amazing, until today.
Ordered:
chicken dim sim - somehow the meat tasted stale (not firm as a fresh dim sim should be)
chicken fried rice - found 2 x pieces of metal scourer pieces in the rice. The rice smelt funky , the smell of being cooked in a dirty utensil. Tasted stale also.
grilled duck - duck meat was stale, seemed like it was cooked yesterday/not sold yesterday and microwaved to be sold today. The vegetables were fresh.
calamari rings - the only edible item in the order.
We also have 2 young kids and it was a horrible experience to receive these types of food. And the thought that the cook preparing these food was comfortable enough to serve these food to customers.
Sad that this is how we’ll remember this place.

I went there for an early dinner with my mom at 6pm and left the restaurant at 740pm due to the long wait. The restaurant was half full with the other patrons also experiencing long wait times on their food. They are definitely understaffed and lovely people but it was just really disappointing to be waiting that long and to be seeing so many take away orders going...
Read moreIf you're on-the-fence about trying this place, just do it. It seriously knocked our socks off. We forgot to take pictures before we started eating, but the portions were absolutely massive. The food came out way quicker than we anticipated, and it was super fresh too.
Most mains on the menu are under $20, which was a nice surprise considering a lot of restaurants these days. The only thing over $30 is the whole steamed barramundi, which looked way too big for us. 🤣
