This is a classic example of a good ol' fashioned bowls club, with prices to match. They allow the kids to go mental on one of the greens whilst us adults get to kick back. They have a Thai restaurant attached to the premises which also sell kid classics like nuggets/fish and chips. Sunday sees live music on the green from mid afternoon onwards. All in all this is a great little spot, with a great view, to bring the kids and have a beer.

This was great, visited local friends and we came here for dinner on a Sunday night. There were tons of kids about playing on the green, live music inside and there was seating indoors and outside. They serve some of the usual pub food options but also an extensive thai food menu and the panang curry was very tasty.

Had a gathering for my 40th. Due to lockdowns and border closures it was hit or miss if I would even make it up to Brisbane. Staff were all friendly, helpful and engaging. Myself and all my guests had a lovely afternoon. Would definitely recommend going here.

In response to the one star review by Dani. I was a witness to The ladies involved. They had been drinking alcohol for 3 to 4 hours and were clearly intoxicated. They were behaving poorly. They were tossing the bowls high into the air and the bowls were damaging the green. They were warned at least 3 times. On one occasion a club bowler tried nicely to advise and teach them on how to roll a bowl without damaging the green. It was the group of at least 4-5 of these ladies who surrounded a bowler invading his personal space, they were rude and not adhering to COVIDSafe guidelines. It’s interesting how when someone is doing the wrong thing. They always try to blame someone else for their bad behaviour. Please disregard the post from Dani. It’s not true. Come to Camp Hill bowls club, it’s a fantastic venue to...

A bit of a mixed bag on this one. I booked a lane for a weekend spot, but was told that despite the confirmation that I wasn't in the system (i.e. the paper log book). We were "squeezed in", but the bowls weren't organised properly leading to another family and mine trying to sort it out for the better part of twenty minutes. The grounds themselves had a fair bit of rubbish on them and the lack of shade on the wings made for a lacklustre time.

The views are amazing, and I've heard that the restaurant is good. But the rest of the space felt tired, disorganised and wasn't particularly welcoming. I want to come back and give it another shot, but for the moment, I'm...

The bar service was well below par. It was not a busy Sat afternoon, however there was no collection of empty glasses, several drinks were served with lipstick and other marks, along with being served in plastic cups suggesting that there was little or no cleaning behind the bar. Drinks were served with less than an acceptable level of liquid and interestingly, the prices seemed to vary throughout the afternoon. The bathrokms were only barely clean. A very disappointing birthday celebration amd we will not be returning. There are other much better Bowls and community clubs...
