I came here as I saw it was pretty well rated. I was a bit disappointed though :( The staff are lovely and friendly with great service, that was a plus for sure! In terms of our drinks though, it was a bit of a let down. My iced chai was watered down, probably the worst iced chai I’ve ever had, I’ve made better tasting ones at home. I also saw little tiny white chunks floating at the top, which I was a bit wary of. The coffee my partner had was apparently not great either. The food was okay but nothing that I could say was better than other cafes I’ve been to. The smoked salmon didn’t taste very fresh and I couldn’t really taste the pesto on the toast. Although my partner enjoyed his eggs benedict so I’m glad his dish turned out good. I’m not sure if I just went on a day where maybe they were just having an off day, or if I just happened to choose a less popular dish, but I was expecting better quality based on their reviews. I’m always willing to give cafes another chance as I don’t let just one experience justify everything for me. Especially since it is family owned, I would like to support it so I will definitely be giving it another try in the near future.

Being new to Australia I was introduced to the Carport Cafe by my brother in law and I instantly felt a good vibe about the place. Having been to southeast asia in the past which it reminded me of, Carport cafe had a chilled relaxed feel which I liked. the staff are so nice and always serve with a friendly smile. I have only had the eggs benedict with ham as its sooo nice šŸ˜† and its on sourdough bread, nice runny eggs, good holondaise sauce and proper ham not wafer thing stuff. the coffee is really nice and recently I had a craving for some chai tea. I asked the owner if she had it and although not on the menu she made it for me and it took me right back to my time in india. she also told me it its a home recipe which was extra nice. its a family run cafe and i love that the kids get involved too so it teaches them about work and money. A hidden gem at the back of cannondale for sure and I highly recommend. Russell Sturgess got the wrong end of the place i think. Carport Cafe isnt trying to be top end, its a rustic place that has plenty of greenery, but make no mistake, it is punching above its station and punching well. my go to breakfast place. šŸ˜

This place is amazing, hidden away just opposite the shell, it feels like your having breakfast out the front of your family home. First off I had a chocolate thickshake with oat milk and it was superb, perfect consistency of chocolate and a dollop of icecream at the bottom to guzzle down, my girlfriend had the Berry blast smoothie that was really nice, sweet and refreshing; not chunkie like most we've tried before but smooth like a smoothie should be. Food was insanely delicious too, had myself the 2 free ranged eggs on your way on organic sour dough with bacon and haloumi on the side. The sour dough was buttered with the perfect amount per slice, crispy crunchy bacon, haloumi cooked with a crisp and scrambled eggs that weren't burnt or under cooked but just right! šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ The Mrs had their Bircher Muesli which was balanced evenly throughout the flavours and reminded her of her childhood Home. All in all this place is a well hidden gem with consistent and balanced flavours throughout their dishes and beverages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you come spend the morning breakfast here.

The Carport Cafe is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional experience for coffee lovers and casual eaters alike. Nestled away from the shopping centre it might be easy to miss, but that would be a mistake. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both cozy and vibrant.

The standout feature of the Carport Cafe is undoubtedly its coffee. Each cup is expertly brewed, showcasing a rich flavor that can satisfy even the most discerning coffee connoisseurs. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a specialty latte, the quality is consistently impressive. The cafe also offers a range of delicious pastries and light bites that perfectly complement their drinks.

What truly enhances the experience is the fast service. The staff is not only efficient but also genuinely friendly, making you feel welcomed and appreciated. They handle orders swiftly without sacrificing the personal touch, ensuring that you’re never left waiting long for your caffeine fix.

Overall, the Carport Cafe is a delightful spot to unwind or catch up with friends. With great coffee, speedy service, and a friendly team, it’s a perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Make sure to seek it out; you won’t be...
