HELL Pizza Cannon Hill — Local services in Brisbane City

Ordered over the phone - a cheesus crust with no sweet chilli sauce. Got told it’d be 15-20 mins, showed up at the 20 min mark and got told it was 6 mins off. No bother, paid for the order and sat down to wait for it. Multiple customers had been waiting for ages for their order and a few cancelled in the time I was there. 33 mins after I arrived I asked the staff member how much longer it would be, he went to the kitchen to check and when he came back he told me I ordered something that they couldn’t accommodate? If that was the case, why accept the order over the phone? Why tell me upon arrival it was 6 mins off and accept my payment for it? Literally left me sitting for over half a hour waiting for a pizza they were either never going to make or forgot to and were trying to cover their backsides and not admit to it. We’ve ordered pizzas and some extras from HELL Cannon Hill twice now and they’ve arrived promptly, hot and delicious. You can see they’re made with care, with fresh ingredients, beautiful dough, tasty meats and cheeses. As a side note the corn nuggets were light and crunchy and also piping hot. We’re spoilt for choice with so many varieties and my favourite is the stretch dough Death by Chicken & Greed. Excellent for larger groups and easy no fuss dinners. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The pizzas are very little like dominos, there is a thin stretched version but are they bigger ? who knows, the menu doesn’t have sizes. Can’t remember the toppings I got but the pizza was tiny, tasteless with a dry crust. Just crap. They had only just opened but that’s no excuse. I will delete this comment sometime soon,

As I don’t like bashing small businesses. But a good frozen pizza was better...
