Charlie's Raw Squeeze Clayfield — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Ordered via delivery, around $60 of juices, smoothies and toast, only to find on arrival that one of the juices was a child's size and not the large ordered and that the toasts were missing.

Only excuses were given when we called to ask for our missing order - no excuse was offered regarding the undersized juice and the rather weak excuse for the toast was "the toaster oven was being cleaned". There were also some concerns about double charging on delivery.

I'm sorry but even McDonalds can provide better service and they're staffed by inexperienced teenagers - and can clean a toaster quickly rather than provide weak excuses for non-fulfillment after the fact.

I won't be ordering from you again in the foreseeable future unless you lift your game significantly. If you want to charge premium price provide a service on par with it.

Put in an order for pick up at around 7:20pm on a Thursday, before doing this I double checked their opening times on Google which said 8pm. The website let me put through an order for 2 acai bowls and charged my girlfriend's card. She goes to pick it up then returns home empty handed telling me the girl working there says they're closed. Look fair enough but why let us order and let it go through if the order can't be fulfilled. Was then told we can't get a refund for an online order but can come in next time and they'll give us our order. I'm not one to expect free stuff but none of this is our fault if they haven't updated their Google hours (see attached image) and let you still order when they're closed. I feel if our order wasn't made we should be able to get a refund.

This juice and coffee shop has a few locations around the city, and I've become a regular at my local spot. Their fresh juices are really good quality and always taste great. I usually end up getting one of their sweet treats as well, which are made fresh daily. They have a solid menu with toasties, acai bowls, pancakes, and other breakfast options that are consistently well made and filling. The staff are friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a bit longer. The space is comfortable with both indoor and outdoor seating, and parking is easy to find.
