Ordered via delivery, around $60 of juices, smoothies and toast, only to find on arrival that one of the juices was a child's size and not the large ordered and that the toasts were missing.

Only excuses were given when we called to ask for our missing order - no excuse was offered regarding the undersized juice and the rather weak excuse for the toast was "the toaster oven was being cleaned". There were also some concerns about double charging on delivery.

I'm sorry but even McDonalds can provide better service and they're staffed by inexperienced teenagers - and can clean a toaster quickly rather than provide weak excuses for non-fulfillment after the fact.

I won't be ordering from you again in the foreseeable future unless you lift your game significantly. If you want to charge premium price provide a service on par with it.

[Edit: and the "Nature's Raw Salted Caramel" smoothie had no caramel or discernable walnut taste, just a taste of bananas well past their use by date. If you're not going to try, don't bother turning up in the first place]
