It was a disappointment from the moment I walked in to when I left. To start the young guy who greeted me had oil covered gloves of which I assumed he used to make a pizza. Mind you using the same gloves on the eftpos machine followed by handing me an oiled up receipt. (I may have regretted ordering at this point). My order was not ready yet so I waited. Watching the manager pick his nose multiple times and just dusting it off was enough to make me want to walk out, but it gets better. The same staff member who greeted me started cleaning the glass cabinet where the toppings were. The overspray drifting over onto the toppings, while using the same set of gloves. My order was now ready and the same staff member walked over grabbed my pizza boxes with the same gloves and handed them to me. I addressed that he just used gloves with cleaning chemicals on them to touch my pizzas. He just looked at me like I knew nothing…. When I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager, sadly a similar response. This stores reputation is poor and not worth the $72 that I paid, to then come home and the order be incorrectly given.

I order via the crust app at 5:13pm. Like another review here, the app crashed but accepted the transaction. I then called the store. It was on hold for 5mins or so, so I decided I would hang up and immediately try again. Immediately got through, spoke to someone who, while was helpful, had a language barrier - making it hard to effectively do an app order over the phone and explain I have already paid for it.
The guy said it would be delivery as a priority which was super thoughtful. However it was 7:17pm by the time I got the order. 2hrs after the order was made.
Unfortunately the stand of pizza really has declined and its almost on par with dominos, which is a kick in the guts - I'm not paying for hastily made slapped together dough and sauce.
I then get a call from Crust Grange and they asked if I received my order. I confirmed that I had indeed received my order and confirm my name and address and my order number. But then the lady on the phone hangs up, doesn't say thank you, sorry, goodbye. Just asked for my details and if I got the pizza and then hangs up.

Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas, meat deluxe and Mediterranean lamb, at 6.40pm for pickup at 7pm. I got to the store a 7.09pm and the pizza had not even been put in the oven. The person behind the counter said it will be ready in 7min. 20min later (7.30pm) I got the pizzas. Opened the box and one of the pizza was wrong. So they said they would remake it. I told them I had been waiting for 35mins already and asked for something as compensation. They offered me chicken wings which I accepted. At 7.45 I got all the food. When i got back home me and my partner tried the chicken wings. As soon as we took a bite we both looked at each other and said the chicken tastes and smells off. You could actually smell and taste the chicken ove the BBQ sauce basting. It was bad!! So we threw it out!
