Initally, the call was answered poorly. Extremely basic information like phone number required slow exploration of the number repeated twice. Then ordering a pan supreme with anchovies. Call taker asked for this to be repeated 5 seperate times, each time he missed anchovies which was repeated each time again. He still had not understood. Terminated the call. Then I decided to try again. It was answered 'who's this?' I asked if this was dominios richlands ans he haid yes. Then dead air, for a bit. I asked to speak to a supervisor who at least sounded competent and explained the above. He apologized but it was just words with no feeling behond them. Extremely bad customer service with the attitude of cheating. I went at the counter to buy three large meat lovers pizza. I trusted the integrity of the sales person and expected honest dealings in Dominos at Richland. But, it was just opposite. The person charged $51.40 to my credit card. While waiting to receive pizza, I saw in front of me an advertisement board saying, three large pizza for $39, free garlic bread, and a bottle of soft drink. I asked the sales person, the board writes three large pizza for $39 and why have you charged me $51.40? He replied arrogantly, you did not ask for the deal, so I charged you $51.40. A best sales person would say sir, there is a deal at the moment and you get it for $39 with some free stuff, and I am sorry for charging you $51.40. But hey, he didn't.
