The managerial experience at this location has consistently fallen short of expectations. The individual in charge—an older, white-bearded man—appears insufficiently familiar with the Domino’s operational system and demonstrates a lack of customer-oriented demeanor. During a recent order, an error occurred, yet I was informed that the system does not permit cancellations or voids. Having previously been employed at Domino’s, I am aware that voiding transactions is indeed possible under various circumstances. If the refusal to cancel truly reflects store policy, that would be acceptable; however, misrepresenting the system’s capabilities suggests either misinformation or deliberate avoidance, which undermines customer trust.
In addition to managerial shortcomings, the quality of products has been consistently unsatisfactory. The thick shakes are excessively dense, suggesting an improper ratio of ingredients, to the point of being nearly undrinkable through a straw. The cookies in the shake was too little, and the pizzas fail to meet basic quality standards. Dissatisfaction with these products led me to discontinue patronage of this store months ago, and my recent visit confirmed that little has improved. Read moreI wanted to share my experience with the staff present at this domino’s store , st.Lucia. I my self was employed with domino’s and worked for a year as a maker/ driver / in store person . We have been taught to handle pressure and customer of different race and region . All of them should be respected and each and every person who works in this store should be taught how to handle pressure or handle store during peak busy hours. The peak hours is determined by weekends or when it’s a game day . But what I experienced is on a slow going Tuesday . I see the store persons/ store leaders are sending away their customer by saying that the approximate wait time is about 20 min for a pizza . Read moreIf there was a zero star I would have rated this dominos store, I would recommend the other one as this one do not only have poor customer service but the food is dirty to the point that I was sent to the hospital because of it, it’s probably because of the filthy nature the store is at, they don’t even wash their hands and don’t use gloves. This has been my worst ever experience with a fast food restaurant. Especially the customer service over there and more precisely the what so-called manager “khan” which he got to the Point of yelling at me and disconnecting the line just because I was being a bit slow when ordering, in which when I went to the store to order food, he told me that he won’t do the order for me.
